With the rapid development of China's economy,the construction industry has gradually developed into a pillar industry of the national economy,and has a high degree of driving role in China's economic development.However,the total output value of China's construction industry is increasing during the study period.At the same time,the growth rate has decreased year by year,fell to 2.29%in 2015,and accounted for the proportion in the national economy declined by 1.31%,thus the construction industry development situation is not optimistic.The construction industry is a high correlation between the industry will also affect the development of a number of industries,the development of health or not directly affects the whole social economic situation,so the research and development China construction problems and improve the efficiency of the key imperative.The Total Factor Productivity(TFP)as the efficiency evaluation of the construction industry,combining with the research status of the total factor productivity of construction industry at home and abroad evaluation,selected DEA-Malmquist method effectively deal with multi input and multi output efficiency evaluation problem of China's construction industry TFP estimates.The period 2005-2015 national and Mainland China's 30 city construction Province,autonomous regions and municipalities industry input-output data,research on the total factor productivity of China's construction industry,and the total factor productivity status,trend and regional difference analysis.The results of the study show that,at the national level,the growth rate of TFP in China in recent ten years the construction industry continued to show a downward trend,since the beginning of 2012,many construction industry TFP decline trend,overall TFP growth in the construction industry China mainly caused by technical progress,technical efficiency the auxiliary pulling effect;from the provincial level,nearly ten years of technical efficiency index Chinese provinces fluctuation is not obvious,the index of technological progress is generally in a downward trend,the visible area of technological progress slowed,resulting in the TFP index is generally in decline.Under the influence of asset allocation,industry level and market level index of total factor productivity of China's construction industry,total factor productivity per capita capital growth,industry status,enhance the nationalization degree promotion and construction industry growth has a positive correlation,while the assets and manpower investment to the negative correlation between the role of the construction industry the developed degree of the construction industry technical efficiency is the most obvious;the same efficiency change and technology related to the allocation of capital and industry level,the level of the market index,the total factor productivity related to similar construction industry;the influence factors of technology progress is relatively complex,capital allocation,investment in Science and technology of China's construction industry technology progress has influence obviously,the government technology expenditures and capital investment on the impact of technological progress is the negative direction,per capita capital on technological progress Effect of direction is positive,and the quality of human resources and the sub index has certain significance for the interpretation of China's construction industry technology progress,technical progress of the two upgrade both promote the construction industry,the proportion of foreign investment and management cost,progress of the construction of the technology also has a certain impact.The total factor productivity of construction industry in the six major regions of China has great difference.Change of total factor productivity of regional construction industry of each stage law,influence factors and technological progress have some differences,factors affecting the progress of the technology of building industry in North China is mainly human input level,industrial development(industrial structure),the level of urbanization;influencing factors of construction industry in Northeast China technology progress the main level of the construction market,the higher the proportion of state-owned construction industry,the higher the level of technological progress;the internal factors affecting East China construction industry technology progress for the construction industry capital investment level,human capital,construction machinery industry are investment level and contract situation,the external factors for the government expenditure on science and technology and industry developed the degree of influence factors;South China construction industry technology progress for construction of human input level,the quality of employees and contractor Packet;technology in the southwest of the development of construction industry by capital per capita and management cost impact;technology of construction industry in Northwest China progress by per capital,human and financial investment and the impact of government fiscal expenditure level of science and technology.Therefore,according to the specific conditions of different regions,analysis of changes in the construction industry technology progress and technology progress on TFP change promoting effect,the influence factors on the difference and variation of regional TFP technological progress,in order to establish scientific and reasonable measures to enhance the efficiency of the construction industry area.The main innovations of this article are as follows:This paper uses the Malmquist-DEA index method,to our country from 2005 to 2015,the construction industry total factor productivity index was calculated and decomposed,in-depth analysis of the differences and changes of the total factor productivity of China's construction industry from the national and regional level,time and space level.In this paper,the factors influencing the exploration of China's construction industry total factor productivity index and its decomposition index using multiple regression method,the status quo and fluctuation and through the regression results of China's construction industry TFP,technical efficiency and technical progress to explain the differences and influence factors of mining technology in the construction industry progress change,put forward reasonable according to this proposal.
