The Research Of The Evaluation Of The Rural Drinking Water Safety Project Construction Effect In Zhuji

The construction of rural drinking water safety improvement project is directly related to the vital interests of farmers,and is an important manifestation of the quality of life and civilization in rural areas.The rural drinking water safety as an important measure to promote rural development and prosperity,is the full implementation of the spirit of the the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee and the provincial government to flood as a breakthrough to accelerate economic transformation and upgrading ",which embodies the implementation of the" people-oriented "Scientific Outlook on Development.Zhuji City,the great building of rural drinking water,the pressure caused by the shortage of drinking water engineering safety factor has been greatly eased,rural tap water penetration problem has been basically solved,but the construction of rural drinking water in Zhuji city is also facing many problems need to be solved through the evaluation of the rural drinking water safety project construction effect,can to find out the existing problems,and carry out rectification,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,has important significance for rural drinking water security project in Zhuji city to play its due role.This study evaluated the construction effect of rural drinking water safety project in Zhuji city by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The results showed that the construction of rural drinking water safety project in Zhuji city has achieved good social and ecological benefits and economic benefits.The evaluation found that the rural drinking water safety project construction in Zhuji city are mainly engineering completion rates,water management is not in place,facilities and equipment management follow-up ineffective,management training is not in place.In the face of rural drinking water safety projects in Zhuji City,Zhuji City,this study suggests to take the following measures: to ensure the timely completion of the construction project;to strengthen water resources protection and management;establish a long-term management mechanism;the implementation of the construction and maintenance funds;improve and implement water conservation safety plan;strengthen the technical training of managers.
