The 21 st century is the era of intellectual economy,and the rapid development of information technology industry confirms the pulse of The Times.The field of information technology has become an important embodiment of national comprehensive strength.Throughout the global economy,the information technology industry is promoting the interconnected development of various industries and becoming an important engine for the sustainable development of the world economy.The rapid development of the industry requires sufficient human resources,and as an important strategic resource of information technology industry,knowledge workers are particularly important.Although scholars at home and abroad have studied the incentive management of knowledge-based employees a lot,the application of a specific enterprise has yet to be verified.Taking knowledge staff incentive management strategy of a private information technology enterprise in Chengdu as the research object,and depending on the study of previous scholars' research ideas and methods,this paper tried to build incentive factors regression model.This paper,by adopting the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis research methods,analyzed the characteristics and shortage of knowledge staff incentive management strategy of company T,and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the knowledge staff incentive management strategy.The study found that knowledge workers,in T Company,were generally less motivated to work.There was a significant difference between the expectations of different motivators and the perceived value of the work.The main incentive factors of the company's knowledge-based employees were personal growth and development,salary and remuneration,leadership and interpersonal relationship,enterprise system and culture,and the nature and content of work.
