In the face of increased competition of auto market,Under the foreign brands and joint venture brand car crazy oppression,The independent brand cars want to break through the blockade squeeze,Must constantly improve the technology and quality.As the largest number of components in a car,the process to design,manufacture and assembly a threaded fastener will be affect the quality of the vehicle directly.In the process of fastener assembly,torque is the key point to ensure assembly quality.So,torque is the key point of assembly and quality control,Also an important factor to ensure the quality of the vehicle and performance.As the Increased competition in the market,and more attention for vehicle quality,how to reasonable and effective control in production quality threaded fastener torque,reduce the torque defects,timely and efficiently to solve the quality problem,ensure the capability of torque process control,is an important content of general assembly process work.Based on principle of screw and theory of process control,by using the fishbone analysis method,to analysis torque exceed,lacking,attenuation,and large undulation the four situation we can know that people,machine,material,method,environment,measuring,all of the six aspects will affect the quality of the threaded fasteners torque.Among them,man,machine,material,method,the four aspects impact huge.”man” means workers,The main influencing factors include worker's consciousness about quality and training of workers.“machine” includes machine and tool,precision,specifications,parameters are the main factors.“materials” means parts,texture,size,quality etc.are the main factors.“method” includes assembly method,management method,process monitoring,technical data etc.These are main factors to impact the quality of torque.As an new member at own-brand products,Company B started relatively late.And exists some problems in the torque quality control for thread fasteners.Such as operation method is not specification,tool selection and setting is not reasonable,control method is not fine,lacks of an effective management system.Aim at these problems of company B,mades the corresponding improvement countermeasures after careful analysis,and verify through actual cases.First,improves the torque management,establishment an effective management and control system for assembly torque,standard the circuit and method of torque setting.Optimize the method to control assembly torque,distinguish the dynamic torque and static torque at torque management,reference to other manufacturers experience of key parts controlling,such as Angle and torque control at the chassis parts.Consummate the monitor system of torque quality,using the SPC method to monitor torque controlling,and set up a database of torque.At the same time,improve the problem in tool selection,regulate the tool selection and using,strengthen the servicing and maintaining for tool and equipment,reduce the torque quality problem which caused by tools.Give some Suggestions on the improvement of the staff training and incentive mechanism.At last,combines the researching of advanced technology outland,illustrates some materials that can use for threaded fastener making,provides a certain reference for manufactories inland in research the new screw fastener technology.Using three typical problem instances to validation the improving effect,make use of mathematical statistics methods to comparison and analysis the process capability before and after the torque improvement.The improve schemes and results can provide certain reference for solve the torque quality problem,increase torque process control ability,improve the torque control and monitoring system.
