The supervision company is one of the principal parts of engineering management.The level of engineering management is effected by the service provided by the supervision employees.The performance management of the supervision employees is the main method of improving the working quality of the employees.But the performance management of individual supervision enterprise is a mere formality,can not effectively promote the development of enterprises,the establishment of performance management system is the trend of the situation.Performance management is the core of human resources management,including performance planning,performance implementation,performance appraisal and performance feedback.performance management for career promotion,salary distribution,training and development provide the basis.performance management helps to promote the enterprise to achieve development goals,to help employees to realize their value.This paper introduces the research of performance management at home and abroad,combined with the modern performance appraisal theory to establish a performance management system for the Gulf supervision company,according to the current situation of the performance appraisal.Scientific and rational performance evaluation index system is the key to successful implementation of performance management,using the KPI index method to establish indicators of the supervision engineers,chief supervision engineer of evaluation index is established by using BSC.The dual weighted method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are used individually for KPI and BSC index weight design.Designing a large number of questionnaires in the process,the use of quantitative and qualitative methods can minimize errors.This paper also describes the four links of the performance management system,performance planning,performance implementation,performance evaluation,performance feedback,which are an organic whole.The various parts of the close contact complement each other.Gulf supervision company from the existing form of performance appraisal go into a performance management of communication,coordination,planning which better enhance the competitiveness of enterprises...
