Research On Construction Progress Control Of L Port Crude Oil Wharf

In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,port construction is more and more vigorous.After the completion of the project of L port(hereinafter referred to as "crude oil wharf project"),it will further enhance the transportation capacity of the future L port,and greatly enhance the service capacity of L port to the rear hinterland,crude oil and liquefied goods enterprises.It will also promote the development of local regional economy and play an important role in building a new pattern of opening up.However,large wharf projects generally have large scale,complex engineering structure and technology,long construction cycle,many professional types involved in unit engineering and many construction units,which often determine that there are many undetermined adverse factors,such as human factors,technical factors,and set up.Material factors,hydrometeorological factors,social factors,and so on,these factors may have a variety of complex effects on the project schedule management.If the active control and dynamic control are not strengthened,the progress goal will not be ensured.Therefore,the progress control research in this project is of great value and significance.This paper is based on the research of project schedule control based on L port oil dock project.Using the principle and theoretical knowledge of project schedule control,the project has been decomposed layer by layer with work decomposition method(WBS),which is decomposed into pier foundation construction,caisson construction,concrete component production and installation,The construction and installation of steel bridge,cast-in-place superstructure,process pipeline and pipe rack installation,electrical engineering,accessory equipment installation and dredging engineering are 9 parts,and the logical relationship analysis,work efficiency analysis and duration calculation are carried out for each part of the construction process,and then the project intake plan is compiled.After the project progress plan is implemented,the data information of the actual progress situation is collected and analyzed in time,the situation of the progress lag is analyzed and the corresponding corrective measures are formulated,and the final goal of the project is ensured.The progress planning method,the control method of the progress plan and the analysis and formulation of the correction measures in this paper can provide reference and reference for the docks project in L port.
