In the course of China's economic and social development,there is a regional imbalance in the development of the transportation industry,and the regional differences in energy consumption in the transportation industry have gradually emerged.Therefore,this dissertation combines regional energy conservation strategies based on system dynamics in the decomposition of energy consumption factors in China's regional transportation industry,and provides scientific reference for the formulation of energy-saving policies in the transportation industry in different regions.This paper first analyzes the research background and significance of the energy consumption problem in the regional transportation industry,establishes a comprehensive energy consumption index system for transportation,and divides the region by the full-order CLK method with regional adjacency characteristics.The "three-zone" plan was selected as the regional basis for the full-text study.Based on the LMDI decomposition method,the dissociation model of the energy consumption factors in the transportation industry was established,and the three regional energy consumption influencing factors were differentiated.The main energy consumption promotion factors in Region 1 are transport volume and transportation structure in order of strength,and the contribution rates to incremental energy consumption are 51.16%and 17.97%,respectively.The main types of promotion factors in Region 2 are the same as in Region 1,but the energy The incremental contribution rate of consumption is 44.97%and 26.47%.The main energy-contribution factors in the third region are the transportation volume,energy intensity,and transportation structure in order of strength,and the contribution rates to incremental energy consumption are 39.83%,22.00%,and 15.25%,respectively.On this basis,the relevant proportions of the main contributing factors are summarized to facilitate the formulation of energy-saving goals for different factors in different regions.Based on the results of energy decomposing in the regional transportation industry,this paper uses the energy-conserving factors as a framework to build a regional transportation energy consumption system model,and carries out energy-saving simulation of the regional transportation industry.Based on the national "13th Five-Year Plan" related energy-saving policies and objectives,the regional energy-saving target of the transportation industry is determined,and the proportion of factors in the decomposition results is used to decompose the regional energy-saving target into energy-saving targets for different factors in different regions.The calculation and simulation of the consumption system ields the energy-saving adjustment value that meets the energy saving goals of different factors,and provides theoretical support for the energy-saving policy formulation of the regional transportation industry.
