The research on primary school campus teaching environment has become a hot topic with the development of education concept and people have put forward higher requirements on teaching environment. The landscape construction of the outdoor space in primary school has an important influence on the teaching environment and students' behavior as the main place. The paper hopes to find out problems through the research of the present situation of outdoor space landscape in primary school and propose optimization strategies for the problems based on the behavior of primary school students. The main research methods of this paper are literature reading, field research, combination of qualitative and quantitative research, induction and summary.Firstly, analyzes the psychological and physiological factors influencing students' behaviors and the interaction between it with the campus outdoor space landscape through the study of relevant theories.Conclude that junior students prefer affinity, intuitive, interesting campus outdoor landscape and the seniors do prefer is instructive, experience, creative campus outdoor space landscape.Secondly, analyzes the present situation of outdoor space landscape through the investigation of Hefei primary school campus.Through observation of the student behavior, analyzes the main behavior of the students in different space and mainly the behavior of different time, and analyze the recess behavior of students in Hefei experimental school by qualitative and quantitative methods. Finally, put forward the optimization principle and some specific optimization strategies based on the summarize the problems of outdoor space landscape in primary school.
