In today's society,the living level of Chinese residents has been continuously improved and developed,and people have higher and higher requirements for more convenient and rapid transportation.In addition,the world is now facing serious problems such as lacking resources and environmental pollutions.All countries are stepping up efforts to promote new energy vehicles and plan to phase out fuel powered vehicles.The promotion of electric vehicles depends on the improvement of supporting facilities of electric vehicles,the convenience and efficiency of charging services,and the positive accumulation of user experience and reputation.However,the problem is that the construction of charging facilities has just started at this stage,and the larger purpose is to test and operate the stage and demonstration stage,without giving full consideration to practicality,sustainability,scientific efficiency,and user demands and experience.In view of this situation,in order to achieve the scientific and efficient layout of charging piles and meet the actual needs and experience of users,this paper studies on the method of planning and layout of charging piles and provides a solution for site selection and layout of charging stations.In the view of the above problems,this paper firstly analyzes the industry background,development and research status of electric vehicles and charging piles by literature research method.Then,the charging Settings of various types are studied by classification and comparison,and the corresponding principles of charging pile planning are summarized from the upper level design.Secondly,the overall planning is divided into stages by the idea of graph planning,and then relevant detailed methods are studied,such as the calculation method with qualitative factors to predict the ownership of electric vehicles,etc.Thirdly,combining the two factors of cost and experience,the practical modeling of the problem is carried out,and the mathematical model solved by genetic algorithm is designed and set.Finally,using the method of the construction of the charging station Pidu district of chengdu instance simulation calculation,and the process and results are analyzed.The test of actual data on the design method in this paper shows that this method can help realize the rationality and scientificalness of charging pile distribution location,achieve the best combination of comprehensive cost and evaluation,and meet the initial expectation.
