The Translation Of Reframing Organizations,Based On Newmark's Text Typology Theory

This paper is based on the translation of an economic text.It is concerned with human resource frame.It is chosen from the book Reframing Organizations.English translator Newmark's theory is used as the theoretical basis in the translating process.The translator chooses the method to deal with informative text and analyzes the source text.The words and sentences in the original paper are exemplified and analyzed.The difficulties and strategies in the translating process are discussed.There are four parts in this paper.In first part,the translating task and its process are introduced.It includes the task's background,the preparation and the translating procedure.In second part,the source text is analyzed.The translating methods of difficult words and sentences are discussed.And some related examples are analyzed in this part.In the third part,the translating difficulties and corresponding strategies are discussed with examples from the text.The fourth part is the summary.
