With the development of China's economy and enthusiasm in learning Chinese,more and more foreigners are coming into contact with and learning Chinese.In recent years many Japanese enterprises have the opening of a branch office in the cities in China,taking Shanghai as an example,a large number of Japanese people come here to seek employment opportunities,thus one-to-one Chinese teaching form has become the best choice for the working Japanese to learn Chinese.By using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview,classroom observation and data analysis,the paper takes one-to-one Chinese learning Japanese students in training institute for the study subjects,combined with individual interviews.Through investigation of the real objective data,it analyses and studies the actual situation of this group of people to learn Chinese as well as the difficulties they met,and then puts forward some suggestions related to Chinese language teaching according to the characteristics of them.In order to increase their interest in learning Chinese,let them in a more vivid,more effective way to learn and use Chinese.Although the training institution in which I work is only a case representative of a one-to-one Chinese teaching institution,the author collects data by means of questionnaires and interviews under class,observation in class,recording and so on.Finally,through the method of case analysis,this paper puts forward the problems of one-to-one Chinese teaching for Japanese students from the aspects of students,teachers,textbooks and schools,and puts forward some feasible and practical teaching suggestions from the teachers' point of view.It is hoped that the teaching experience and suggestions in this paper can be used for reference and inspiration to Chinese teachers.Of course,the development of the teaching mode of foreign Chinese also requires that every Chinese teacher should constantly explore and think through his own teaching experience and study of existing research achievements.
