Chinese is widely spread,the career of teaching Chinese as a second language is also booming.Many different teaching methods have also along with it appeared as well,facing so many different teaching methods,not only do we should continue research theoretical knowledge,but we also should begin with practical teaching.We can make use of previous studies to enrich and develop practice and explore more effective teaching methods during teaching.So the researching and trying about teaching methods have an important practical significance and theoretical significance.The main direction of studying of Cognition Method is the process and regularity of second language learning,which have a great advantage in second language learning.The paper stressed that teaching Chinese as a second language must be student-centered,make full use of multimedia technology,utilize suitably mother tongue,have a lot of meaningfully training after class,etc.What' more,this paper includes teaching case and has a detailed analysis about these teaching cases.The paper has in total five chapters,the first is introduction,presenting the reason,research technique,meaning,etc.The paper 2 is about the basic theory of Cognition Method.The paper 3 is about the present situation of teaching Chinese in Daruna School.The paper 4 starts with specific teaching cases to analyze of application and practice of Cognition Method in listening and speaking course,comprehensive course,cultural course.By these cases,analyzing how to use Cognition Method in course.The paper 5 is about interview with other Chinese teachers for knowing using condition of other Chinese teacher about Cognition Method and hopes to sum up themself experience and offers some useful reference.The last is peroration,which sum up shortcomings in this paper.
