The special professional nature of medical needs medical students to learn more professional courses,to grasp more knowledge content, experiences more confused long learning career and through more stringent professional practice and examination, which put forward higher requirements of the psychology ability of medical students. The development of the medical students'mental health is the guarantee of their learning life and a necessary condition for education resources reasonable use. Therefore, choose medical students as the research object to explore the mental health status, analysis the influence factors and the function relations. It is great significance to put forward many positive and effective improvement measures for promoting medical students'psychological health levelObjective:The purpose of this study is to understand the status and influencing factors of mental health of medical students, and to explore the internal relations among mental health, type a behavior pattern and autonomic nervous function, finally put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions. To provide scientific references for the relevant departments to draw up develop intervention strategies to improve medical students'mental for the relevant departments. Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select undergraduates in grade one to grade five of a comprehensive university school of medicine from June to October in 2015 in Jilin province to have a questionnaire survey and physical measurement.Questioned 732,recycled effective questionnaire 648,effective recovery rate was 88.53%.The questionnaire survey to collect social demographic characteristics, behavior habits, type a behavior, anxiety and depression of the research object.Body measurements to collect height, weight, blood pressure and heart rate variability index of the research objects.SPSS24.0 was used to statistical analysis, descriptive analysis on the general description,the?~2 test and the logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors, the deviation correction percentile Bootstrap method was used to analyze intermediary effect. Results:The rate of emotional obstacle of medical students was 26.0%,the detection rate of anxiety was 9.0%and the detection rate of depression was 24.1%.Stress,sleep quality, and type a behavior were the independent factors of medical students'anxiety(P<0.05).The risk of anxiety in medical students who were in stress was 13.000 times(95%CI:4.494-37.603)than medical students without pressure. The risk of anxiety in medical students who were in poor quality of sleep was 2.379 times(95%CI:1.187-4.770)than medical students who were in good quality of sleep. The risk of anxiety in medical students with type a behavior was3.930 times(95%CI:2.067-7.472)than medical students without the type a behavior.Diet, exercise, stress, quality of sleep and type a behavior were independent factors affecting depression(P<0.05).The risk of depression in medical students with irregular diet was 1.926 times(95%CI:1.269-2.924)than medical students with regular diet. The risk of depression in medical students without regular exercise was 1.605 times(95%CI:1.039-2.479)than medical students with regular exercise. The risk of depression in medical students who were in stress was 4.305 times(95%CI:2.784-6.655)than medical students without pressure. The risk of depression in medical students who were in poor quality of sleep was 1.917 times(95%CI:1.257-2.921)than medical students who were in good quality of sleep. The risk of depression in medical students with type a behavior was 1.734 times(95%CI:1.060-2.836)than medical students without the type a behavior.Intermediary effect analysis results show that anxiety played an intermediary role in the the impact of type a behavior on depression, size of 0.413(95%CI:0.338-0.493).Anxiety played an intermediary role in the the impact of time urgency(TH)depression, size of 0.584(95%CI:0.465-0.717).Anxiety played an intermediary role in the impact of hostile competition(CH)depression, size of0.641(95%CI:0.508-0.799).In LF/HF effects on anxiety, type a behavior played an intermediary role, size of 0.611(95%CI:0.104-1.204).In LF/HF effects on depression, type a behavior played an intermediary role, size of 0.510(95%CI:0.085-1.004).Conclusions:Medical students'mental health need further ascension;Stress, sleep quality, and type a behavior were influence factors of anxiety.Eating disorders, often do not exercise Stress, sleep quality, and type a behavior were the influence factors of depression. In type a behavior type, time urgency and competition were hostile to the impact of depression, anxiety played an intermediary role.In autonomic balance on the impact of anxiety and depression, type a behavior played an intermediary role.
