| Nowadays,more than 80% news is written and distributed in English.And as a rapid growing country,China is in desperate need of acquiring global information sources.Given the situation,news trans-editing as an approach to gaining information naturally plays an important role and builds a bridge between them.This report is based on the author's practice in Huanqiu Current Political & Military Channel from October,2015 to April,2016.Taking the current political news posted by Huanqiu as its subject,the thesis,under the guidance of communicative translation and in combination with the characteristic analysis on the style and readership of the two languages,explores and analyzes the difficulties encountered during the practice in the news bodies,leads and headlines and feasible solutions are offered:Through the omission and restructuring paragraphs,the news body is allowed to be reproduced;the news leads is localized by addition as well as rewriting;news titles is represented by choosing of valuable information and using rhetoric devices--parallel structure and antithesis,aimed at offering more translation strategies and techniques in the field of current political news trans-editing. |
