This paper takes sentence fill-in-the-blank of the third part of the new HSK level6 reading test as the research object,and takes four versions on the market--the2010 version,the 2012 version,the 2014 version and the 2018 version--as the study materials.The author uses inductive method and data statistics to classify forty items,it is concluded that heavy difficulty of the questions,using interviews of ten students one-on-one conversation and make questions to test about selected topic reason,according to interviews and error reasons put forward feasible and effective learning strategies to help students to grasp the method of problem solving and learning.Finally,the case tracking method was used to conduct counseling and a second questionnaire survey on three of the subjects to test whether the above strategies were effective.This paper is divided into four parts.The main contents are as follows:(1)This is the introduction part,introduced in this paper,the causes and significance of topics,and from the new HSK test,HSK choose other fills up the topic,the research of learning strategy and problem solving strategy were reviewed,summarized some outside extensive research deficiency,and choose other fills up the topic important theoretical foundation of discourse cohesion,finally introduced the research object,content and method.(2)The first chapter is the analysis of the real problem.The author has collected a total of 20 sets of exams questions in 2010,2012,2014 and 2018.Each set of exam questions contains two short passages with optional sentences and 40 short passages in total.Then the true topic is classified according to the topic,the position of the blank sentence in the paragraph,and the position and cohesion of the blank sentence in the whole sentence.According to the subject,it can be divided into science and technology description,social psychology,Chinese culture,celebrity anecdotes and life philosophy.According to the position of the blank sentence in the paragraph,it can be divided into the first total sub-questions,the total sub-questions within the paragraph(explicit logic questions and implicit logic questions),the totalsub-questions at the end of the paragraph;According to the position of the blank sentence in the whole sentence,it can be divided into four situations: at the beginning of the sentence,at the beginning of the sentence,at the end of the sentence,and at the end of the sentence.Cohesion can be divided into structural cohesion,referential cohesion,semantic category classification and lexical cohesion.After classification,a brief introduction and illustration are given.(3)chapter two studies the learning situation of foreign students.The author took10 overseas students who had passed HSK level 5 as the research subjects,selected 5questions from the 40 authentic questions collected as test papers,and asked the subjects about their answer ideas after they finished all the questions,counted the answers,and finally classified and analyzed the reasons for the mistakes.(4)the third chapter is the author's solution to this question and Suggestions on the study methods of foreign students in preparing for the exam.In addition,three of the students who took the test for the first time were given teaching and tutoring practice,and the test questions were distributed again after one month of study.By comparing the test results of the three subjects before and after the test,the learning strategies and answering methods proposed were tested to see whether they were effective or not.The purpose of this paper is to study the learning strategies and answering methods of sentence choice and fill in the blanks,to make up for the deficiencies and gaps in the research,and to help foreign students study and pass cet-6.At the same time,it is also hoped that it can provide useful knowledge and experience for TCFL teachers to help them better complete the teaching work.
