Research On The Public Satisfaction Of Administrative Service Center In Local Government

In the process of local government construction,how to optimize government services,improve public satisfaction is the critical tasks.Lishui City as a case,which is located in the southwest of Zhejiang Province.It is a area that developing slowly in economy.So in the key period of carrying out the "green rise" and "science across".Administrative Service Center is an important carrier of social economy in building a service-oriented government and optimize the development environment.How to improve public satisfaction?The Aadministrative Service Center must not only focus on social concerns,but also the difficulties in the government work.This paper combining the status of Administrative Service Center in Lishui city.In addition,It based on the actual situation of Lishui city,through a random survey in the form of questionnaires within different clients and do data analysis according to the survey.By using the social science software system SPSS and the social science statistical software STATA to analysis questionnaires,the paper obtained general classification and polynomial regression analysis.It aims to explore the impact factors of the public satisfaction in local government Administrative ServiceCenter.Furthermore,understanding the structure and level of public demand accuracy is the core of this paper.Finally,according to the research results,the local government administration need propose to increase public satisfaction of Administrative Service Center by a number of suggestions and policies,hoping to provide useful guidance to the developing mountainous area on how to strengthen Administrative Service Center's function.And the paper's further goal is to provide ideas and inspiration to local government departments on formulating Administrative Service Center's construction-related policy documents.
