Civil servants bear the important functions of social public management and public service.With the rapid promotion of China's economy and the social transition stage,there is a growing number of contradictions and conflicts,and the pressure on civil servants is increasing.Some feel tired,often tired at work,and a considerable number of people are in sub-health.The increasing pressure leads to many civil servants is difficult with initiative and stimulate their potential in the job,it is difficult to find interest in work and life,treat the job to lack of energy and passion,which has a negative impact on the performance of the government.There are more than 22000 in-service civil servants in S province's national tax system,which bear the important function of organizing tax revenue and maintaining the economic order.Through the investigation done by the author in November 2016,it is found that the pressure on the civil servants is relatively large,which affects the normal exertion of the work efficiency to a certain extent.The author hopes that this study can make up for the lack of research on the work pressure of civil servants in S province's national tax system,and provide an effective working stress mitigation strategy for the civil servants of S province.This paper has five parts: the first part mainly explains the background,describes the significance of the research,summarizes the research progress at home and abroad,and then describes the use of the research method and path and innovation.The second part,mainly discusses the related concepts and theoretical basis of civil servants' work pressure,explains the related concepts and theoretical basis of civil servants' work pressure,and analyzes the factors of the pressure formation.The third part mainly introduces the general situation of S provincial national tax system and civil servants,introduces the questionnaire compiling,delivery and planning analysis,interview arrangement,and then through the factor analysis and data analysis,stress and pressure of S provincial national tax system civil servants factors were analyzed.The fourth part,mainly on the basis of previous investigation and analysis,combined with the actual work,put forwardcountermeasures and methods to alleviate the pressure.From the external environment,internal organizations and Civil Servants Personal three dimensions as the starting point,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures.The last part is a summary and outlook.Limited to the research environment and the level of personal knowledge,the article still has shortcomings.The measures mentioned in this paper need to be verified in the late stage.
