Research On The Satisfaction Of The Masses To The Township Administrative Service Centers

The satisfaction of the masses to the township administrative service center,is an evaluation of the satisfaction of the masses after they experience the public service provided by township administrative service center.It reflects the local social welfare standards and governance ability effectively.With the development of our country's democratization,there's a growing sense of democratic rights,and the demand for “The Last Kilometer” of administrative service is becoming more and more diversified and sophisticated.Under such backgrounds,as the most fundamental state power in rural area,the importance and necessity of improving the efficiency and satisfaction of public service of the township government is becoming increasingly urgent.Therefore,it is especially important to strengthen the construction of the township administrative service center and to urge the township administrative service center to provide the services efficiently.Through the theoretical research,the paper draws lessons from existing models,establishes the research model combined with actual situations.Based on the model of the satisfaction of the masses to the township administrative service center,the paper puts forward six research hypotheses and then designs satisfaction questionnaire,selects four towns in Sanmen county to carry out satisfaction questionnaire survey,issuing 200 questionnaires.obtaining first-hand data,we sort out the data by using the Likert scale method to calculate the survey results.By means of SPSS statistical analysis tool,we use reliability analysis and validity analysis to ensure the validity of data.Then,we use variance analysis to study whether the objective factors have a significant influence on the degree of satisfaction.Correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to study whether the five subjective factors are related to the degree of satisfaction and the influence degree of the satisfaction of the township administrative service center.In the end,we try to put forward some suggestions for optimizing the system of the township administrative service centers.
