The civil servant's salary not only reflects the individual income of the civil servant,but also serves as the reference for the income standard of other trade personnel.The salary and income of civil servants will affect the lives of civil servants,more importantly,the efficiency and attitude of civil servants,and indirectly the views of the people on the government.In recent years,the reform of our country has reached into all fields,and the civil service has also been reformed.This article starts with the connotation of civil servant and civil servant salary,analyzes the course of civil servant reform in our country,and takes the current situation of civil servant's salary in yanan city as an example,deeply discusses and analyzes its existence problem,reason and solution.This paper mainly includes the introduction and the main body two parts,the body consists of the following five parts:The first is a systematic analysis of the concept of civil servant and civil servant's salary,mainly to the developed countries and the Chinese civil servant's connotation and scope,the establishment of the concept and basic principles of civil servant's salary system,the composition and level of civil servant's salary,the factors affecting the civil servant's salary,the management body of civil servant's salary,the civil servant's salary growth path and so on content carries on the necessary analysis and elaboration.Second,the reform process of the Chinese civil service wage system since the reform and opening up,from the historical and realistic perspective of the development of the Chinese civil service wage system to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,explore its experience and shortcomings,in order to provide a historical basis for the current civil service wage system reform.Third,taking yanan city as an example,this paper analyzes the basic situation,existing problems and reasons of yanan civil servant and his salary,and then puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to the improvement of yanan civil servant salary system.The fourth is to comb and analyze the civil servants and their wage system in developed countries,combine the National conditions of our country with their experiences and practices,in order to develop and improve the wage system of our civil servants.Fifth,from the macroscopical angle,it analyzes the specific problems existing in the civil service wage system and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to solve these problems.
