Embedability Theory Perspective Of The Villager Committee Elections Predicament And Countermeasure Research

The election of villagers committee is an important core position in the democratic autonomy system of villagers.It is also a very important thing in the rural political life in China.The election of the villagers' committee is a prerequisite and guarantee for the people to exercise their democratic rights,improve the level of democratic autonomy in rural areas and promote the construction of rural legal system,as well as the foundation for the deepening of the reform of the construction of democratic system in China.However,with the enhancement of farmers' awareness of democracy and the legal system,some problems and defects of the villagers committee election have influenced the villagers' committee election increasingly,which is not conducive to the promotion of rural democratic system construction,which is not conducive to the healthy and orderly development of rural autonomy.In this paper,the seventh villagers' committee of Jiangcheng District,Yangjiang,Guangdong Province,is the focus of the study.Through the use of literature review,field visit observation,in-depth interview and other research methods,the seventh villagers' committee in Yangjiang city of the seventh election of the election situation was reviewed and summarized.In order to better analyze the problems and reasons for the changing election of the villagers' committee,this paper introduces the theory of embeddedness to study the changing election work of the seventh village committee of the Jiangcheng District into the great environment of the society,and through the understanding and integration of the embeddedness theoretical analysis framework,the embeddedness of the policy and the embeddedness of the structure are respectively embedded.On the three aspects of sex and cognitive embeddedness,this paper systematically analyzes the seventh villagers committee of Jiangcheng district election,and finds out the various problems and reasons in the work of the villagers committee election,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on these problems,one is to improve the laws and regulations,and to standardize the election.The two is to straighten out the hierarchical relationship and clarify the scope of responsibilities;the three is to strengthen education and guidance and improve overall quality.The suggestions and suggestions for the long-term efficiency of the villagers' committees' elections can create a more harmonious and stable environment for the rapid economic and social development in the rural areas of Jiangcheng,and ensure that the new rural construction is more adaptable to the rapid development of modern urbanization.
