In recent years,with the aging of the population becoming more and more serious,the disabled elderly have more and more demands for nursing services,especially for high-quality nursing services.As far as the current situation is concerned,the insufficient number of nursing staff and the low quality of service make it difficult to meet the needs of the elderly.It can be found that the low level of remuneration,high intensity of labor,irregular signing of contracts and insurance,and small space for work development of nursing staff in Beijing have strongly attacked the enthusiasm of nursing staff,resulting in the contradiction between supply and demand in the pension nursing industry,such as difficult recruitment and low social status.It can be seen from this that if the labor security level of nursing staff for the aged is not improved,a series of problems such as lack of nursing staff and poor quality of nursing service will be difficult to obtain.Through field interviews with nursing staff in Beijing,this study investigates and studies the salary,contract and insurance,work intensity and occupational stability of nursing staff in Beijing by means of literature research,interview and case analysis.It is found that nursing staff in Beijing have more questions in many aspects of labor security.Combining with the existing laws and regulations and relevant policies of provinces and cities in China,this paper finds out the causes of the labor security problems of nursing staff for the aged,and puts forward feasible countermeasures accordingly.Based on the incentive theory,welfare pluralism theory and efficiency wage theory,the author explores how to protect the fundamental rights and interests of the existing nursing staff for the aged and how to enhance the social attention to the labor security treatment of nursing staff for the aged.At the same time,attracting more people to join the nursing service team for the aged will enable the elderly to get better and more professional nursing service.Let the elderly live with dignity to the end of their lives.
