An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of Public Satisfaction In Administrative Approval Service Of Ningxia Foreign Exchange Bureau

Since the end of the twentieth Century,better service has become the main direction of administrative examination and approval reform of governments around the world.According to the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we should transform the functions of the government,deepen the simplification of administration and decentralization of power,innovate supervision methods,enhance the credibility and execution of the government,and build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with.In this context,optimizing the service of administrative examination and approval plays an increasingly important role in the reform of administrative examination and approval system.At present,the theoretical research on the administrative examination and approval service mainly focuses on the reform of the administrative examination and approval service system and the effectiveness of the reform,while the research on the influencing factors of public satisfaction is relatively small.On March 5,2019,Premier Li Keqiang clearly proposed in the government work report that "a good and bad evaluation system of government services should be established,and the service performance should be evaluated by enterprises and the masses".The investigation and Research on the satisfaction of administrative examination and approval service is not only the response to the relevant reform measures of the country,but also the purpose of evaluating the development of administrative examination and approval service from the public perspective.To make the public voice government services,on the one hand,can improve the enthusiasm of the public to participate in government affairs,on the other hand,can supervise and evaluate government behavior.At present,China's administrative examination and approval reform has entered the stage of "deregulation service",and the foreign exchange bureau,as a window of China's foreign service,its administrative service level and ability can objectively show the quality of administrative services of various departments of the government.Therefore,this paper takes Ningxia foreign exchange administration as an example,takes public satisfaction as an important evaluation scale,uses scientific methods to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of administrative examination and approval services,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,research significance,research content,and defines the concepts of administrative approval,administrative services and public satisfaction.In depth analysis of the new public management theory,new public service theory and related literature at home and abroad.This paper introduces the administrative examination and approval services of Ningxia foreign exchange bureau.According to the difficulties,conditions and the understanding of the general public in the process of handling different matters,it subdivides them into the real power administrative examination and approval services,the general administrative examination and approval services and the window administrative examination and approval services.Combined with the actual situation of Ningxia foreign exchange bureau,this paper designs the information on Ningxia foreign exchange bureau Through regression analysis,the questionnaire on satisfaction of administrative examination and approval service of the bureau shows that the ability of staff to deal with problems,the level of information disclosure,the setting of windows,and the waiting time for handling business have a significant positive impact on public satisfaction,so as to further deepen the reform of foreign exchange administrative examination and approval system and enhance the electronization of administrative examination and approval In order to improve the public satisfaction of the administrative examination and approval service of safe,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from four aspects: the level and the ability of administrative examination and approval service.
