Research On Public Satisfaction Of Basic Public Services In Hefei

The research on public satisfaction of basic public services in Hefei is an effective combination of public satisfaction and basic public services.The concept of"public satisfaction"is developed from"customer satisfaction".At present,the research and application in the field are becoming mature and widely used in public evaluation of government work.The basic public service is different from other general public services.It is a public service that guarantees the survival and development and has the characteristics of urgency and foundation.In the National List of Basic Public Services,it contains the following eight categories:education,medical and health care,employment and entrepreneurship,social insurance,culture and sports,disability services,housing security and social services.This paper adopts the official definition.Satisfaction of basic public services is an important subjective evaluation to measure the quality and quantity of services provided by the government,which not only monitors government which improves the administrative efficiency of the government but also meets the needs of the public,particularly the needs for participation in social manageIment.Essentially,the satisfaction of basic public services is the expression of people's will,which complements dovernment assessment is selfish,internal and one-sided.And it makes the results of government evaluation more fair and scientific.The index system sets up in the National List of Basic Public Services and the Survey on the Quality of Public Services in Chinese Cities by Lianshi of Singapore,which contain eight first-level indicators and twenty-five second-level indicators.This paper take the residents of Hefei as the research object,and collect 250 valid questionnaires.Based on the basic personal information of the respondents,the public satisfaction of basic public services in Hefei City was thoroughly understood.Using SPSS for data processing,through correlation analysis,regression analysis and other analysis methods,the relationship between eight specific service satisfaction and the overall service satisfaction is studied.The relationship between the basic personal information and the overall services satisfaction is studied,and the internal and individual factors affecting the overall satisfaction in Hefei are analyzed concretely.It is concluded that:in the study of internal factors affecting the overall services satisfaction in Hefei,it includ education,medical and health care,employment and entrepreneurship,and social insurance and shows a linear relationship.Further research found that the above four specific service satisfaction also correlations with their second-level indicators.In the study of individual factors influencing the overall services satisfaction in Hefei,there are significant differences in four variables-age,marital status,occupation and political outlook.Based on the government documents by the local government of Hefei and the current situation of eight kinds of specific services,the existing problems of basic public services in Hefei are discussed in depth according to local conditions.In order to improve the satisfaction of basic public services in Hefei,the paper puts forward suggestions comprehensively and pertinently from five aspects:improving the satisfaction of education,medical and health care,employment and entrepreneurship,social insurance and general suggestions.
