Study On Organizational Structure Reform Of Veteran Cadres "Sijiujin" Service Station Of J Community In Xiamen City

At present,China's retired veteran cadres number increased year by year.In 2010,the central organization department and so on nine departments issued "on the opinion of the use of community resources to do a good job of retired cadres service",put forward the use of community resources to do a good job of retired veteran cadres service in a new era of retired veteran cadres management pattern,at the same time,local governments started in the community set up "sijiujin" service station nearby old cadre management.On the basis of the theory of organizational structure and organizational change,folly considering the old cadre management service mode changes under the background of the new requirements,this paper analyzed the J community retired veteran cadres "sijiujin"station structure.Through the analysis of the current situation's existing problems,this article designed the new organization structure of veteran cadres "sijiujin" station,developed organizational change implementation plan,and supervised the process of organizational change implementation,with overcoming the resistance,the change,successfully completed.By means of studying the organizational structure of veteran cadres "sijiujin" station in community J and putting forward the organizational reform plan and implementing it,this paper hope to improve the old cadre "sijiujin" service station in old cadre management mode change under the background of new adaptability,optimize service organization structure and working process,the cadre training work service in such aspects as personnel,community work personnel help.
