Study On The Effect Of Public Service Motivation Of Village Cadres On Peripheral Performance In Nan'an City

Comrade Xi Jinping proposed the strategy of rural revitalization in the 19 th party congress report.As the grass-roots executor of the Party and the government in the countryside,village cadres are the backbone force in implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.In the face of challenges,while emphasizing the traditional "in-duty" working ability of village cadres,we should also pay attention to the improvement of "off-duty" working behavior(i.e.peripheral performance).Nanan,located in the southeast coast of China's fujian province,has a low-lying topography in the west,high east and low east.It has typical representative significance in the study of rural subjects,as the villages and towns under the jurisdiction of both coastal economic developed towns,but also in the mountainous areas of the backward traffic township.This paper selects village cadres of Nanan city as the research object.Through the form of questionnaire survey to understand the status of peripheral performance implementation around village cadres in Nanan city.Through analysis,it is found that the surrounding performance of the village cadre team in Nanan is generally good.However,there are also some problems such as less altruistic behavior,less sense of service dedication,poor positive initiative attitude,unclear distinction between public and private affairs,and poor devotion to work.this paper puts forward specific countermeasures.From the perspective of public service motivation,the effect on the peripheral performance of village cadres is analyzed,and put forward the concrete measures to improve the peripheral performance of village cadres.The article is divided into three parts:The first part is the basic part of the paper.Introducing the background,related concepts and theoretical basis of the research.The research area of this paper(Nanan city)and the research sample(village cadres of Nanan city)are also briefly described.The second part is the analysis.SPSS software was used to analyze the current situation of public service motivation and peripheral performance of village cadres in Nanan city,and to analyze the effect of the two,To study the effect of public service motivation on the performance of village cadres in Nanan.The third part is the conclusion part,put forward specific countermeasures and prospects to improve the performance of village cadres in Nanan.
