With the development and perfection of the socialist market economy,the increasingly fierce competition in the workplace has made it a common phenomenon that staff work pressure is too high.Good government is indispensable for the sound development of society,and civil servants are a group that holds the public power of the country.Whether the civil servants can be pragmatic and efficient in their development concerns whether the government is harmonious or not.New civil servants can not adapt to changing roles.Direct contact with unfamiliar businesses and working in unfamiliar working environments,resulting in the inability to form a good connection between life and work,can easily create huge work pressure.The research mainly follows the following stages: In the first stage,the basic data related to new civil servants,work pressure and other keywords are extracted by consulting relevant documents at home and abroad,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the next step of research;In the second stage,through the empirical investigation,we will investigate and analyze the work pressure of new civil servants,and further understand the performance and degree of work pressure of new civil servants.In the third stage,the author analyzes the causes of the new civil servant's work pressure from the aspects of social environment,working environment,and adaptability,and tests and records the pre-activity stress values of the group.In the fourth stage,various group activities are used to interfere with the pressure of new civil servants,so that they can deal with and release the pressure in the right way and way,and test and record the pressure value after the group activity and the pressure value before and after the group activity.Comparison;In the fifth stage,the author analyzes and puts forward some suggestions to relieve the pressure of new civil servants from the social,organizational and individual levels,as well as the initial coping strategies.Starting from the work pressure source of new civil servants,this paper tries to adopt the group work method as a social work professional method,based on the cognitive behavior theory,to systematically intervene in the management of new civil servants 'work pressure.Through group activities,guide them to correctly understand the work pressure they are under.Use the team's working methods and assessment to achieve the effect of alleviating the high work pressure of new civil servants.
