A Case Study Of Dazhou Prison Flood Control And Emergency Management

This paper analyzes the flood resistance case of 7.18 in dazhou prison from the perspective of 4R crisis management.The purpose is to analyze the methods of flood resistance in dazhou prison from the experience of decades of flood resistance in dazhou prison,through the method of crisis management,and to improve the reduction,preparation,response and recovery.Therefore,it summarizes the crisis management methods that can be referenced in the flood resistance case of Dazhou prison.My research method is mainly to use the scientific method of crisis management to analyze the cases of flood resistance in Dazhou prison.From the four stages of reduction,preparation,response,and recovery,through literature research,empirical analysis,and comparative analysis,I summarized the flood resistance experience in Dazhou prison.Explore better solutions for prison authorities in flood response and crisis management.First,in order to obtain the necessary theoretical support,a large amount of literature reading and related data collection are required.The author makes extensive reference to relevant academic monographs,papers,newspapers,and networks at home and abroad,and collects as many as possible the latest foreword and the latest developments in the development of prison crisis management.Then from the perspective of 4R crisis management,this paper analyzes the flood crisis management case of dazhou prison in Sichuan province,and provides reference samples for other prisons from the aspects of setting up flood crisis management background,typical,main course,main practice and effectiveness.:: Finally,the paper draws on the case of flood crisis management in dazhou prison in Sichuan province,and makes a comprehensive study of it in the light of the knowledge of public management.My research results are mainly to summarize the valuable experience of Dazhou prison in flood crisis management,including the joint work model between Dazhou prison and the local government.The weak strength of the prison in the emergency was solved by the huge strength and resources of the local government;In the flood resistance of Dazhou prison,the social mechanism was effectively used to unite the forces of society to participate in public management to respond to unexpected crisis events;A systematic recovery plan has been established to remove hidden dangers in time during the crisiis phase and effectively prevent secondary disasters.Dazhou prison since the establishment of the state river prison,repeated floods,in the numerous struggles with floods,formed an effective and strong prison flood protection program.However,valuable experience has not been scientifically summarized,lacks theoretical support,and can not be directly adopted by other crisis management.Through the scientific analysis of flood resistance cases in dazhou prison,from the perspective of crisis management,the author concludes effective measures and methods by linking the cases with scientific theory.In order to enhance the crisis management reduction,preparation,response,recovery.Summarize the experience of several generations of prison people in Dazhou prison for decades as an effective method for crisis management.For other units to carry out prison crisis management,flood control work reference.
