Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Selection And Examination Of Leading Cadres At The Grassroots Level In Tieling City

In the report of the 19 th National Congress,new requirements and directions were given to the selection and employment of the Chinese Communist Party.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the election of talents is an important task for our party and the country,and we must do a good job in the investigation and evaluation of cadres.This article takes this as the research content,selects Tieling City as a research case,analyzes the problems and causes existing in the selection and examination of the leading cadres at the grassroots level in Tieling,proposes optimization plans and countermeasures,and provides the basis for the next step of selecting and inspecting grassroots leading cadres.The research work done in this paper is as follows:(1)Using the questionnaire survey and interviews,the current situation of the selection and examination of the Tieling grassroots cadres was investigated,and the following problems in the selection and examination of the cadres at the grassroots level in Tieling are summarized as follows: lack of science Sexuality,democratic recommendation has distortion,the scope of investigation is not comprehensive,information asymmetry,ignoring inspection system,imperfect assessment mechanism,lack of scientific system analysis and evaluation criteria,narrow initial nomination channels,and excessive initial nomination.(2)Through the summary of the selection and inspection system of foreign civil servants and the selection experience of grassroots cadres in other parts of China,the author puts forward the optimization suggestions and countermeasures for the selection and inspection mechanism of grassroots leading cadres in Tieling City.The specific plan is: Innovative grassroots cadres inspection methods,further establish and improve Investigate the system,further optimize the main body of the grassroots cadres,and use the results of the investigation.Through the optimization and improvement of the grassroots cadre selection and evaluation system studied in this paper,it can provide reference for the selection and examination of the leading cadres at Tieling,which is conducive to the outstanding talents to stand out,help to promote the cultivation of grassroots leading cadres and the reserve of cadres and talents,and enrich the development of Tieling City.The inspection mechanism of leading cadres at the grassroots level has important practical significance.
