Study On Community Governance Of Community Residents In Commercial Housing

The community governance of urban community in our country is gradually developed under the background of the disintegration of "unit system".The management system of community has changed from "unit system" to "community system",which is an important way to realize civil society in our country.It is also the inevitable requirement of China's economic and social development.On the basis of the research of western scholars,Chinese scholars have also carried out in-depth investigation and research on the construction and governance of the community,and have made some rich research results.From the previous studies of scholars,the author finds that the participation of residents in the community plays an important role in promoting the process of community governance.However,the vast majority of scholars regard the community as a whole and do not distinguish and divide the participation of different community types of community residents in the study of residents' participation in community governance.And few scholars attach importance to the study and discussion of urban new commercial housing community governance process residents participate.In view of the fact that the author pays more attention to the participation behavior of residents in the current urban commercial housing community in China,the author selects a representative commercial housing community in Anyang City,Henan Province,as a case study.On the basis of the existing research in academic circles,this paper takes the governance theory and citizen participation theory as the theoretical tools,takes the residents' participation behavior in Anyang H community governance as the research object,and through the literature research method,Questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,the author investigated the main body,situation,willingness,form and field of community residents' participation in community governance in H community of Anyang City.Based on the characteristics of residents' participation in community governance in urban commercial housing communities in China,this paper analyzes and probes into the reality of residents' participation in commercial housingcommunities and the problems existing in the process of participation.Combined with the situation of the case community and the characteristics of the commercial housing community,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,and then puts forward some targeted and operable suggestions to provide support for the better realization of the effective participation of the residents of the "commercial housing community".
