Research On Satisfaction Evaluation Of Administrative Examination Of Local Governments

As a public service provider,government approval satisfaction plays an important role in the quality of government service.Especially in the context of the government’s proposal of "release,management and service",if we further improve the efficiency of administrative examination and approval,improve the quality of service has become an urgent problem for the government to solve.Yingkou City,as one of the prefecture-level cities,has been striving to upgrade its administrative services,and has also made a series of improvements.However,due to various reasons,it is far from meeting the positioning requirements of service-oriented government.Based on the theory of inconsistent expectations and "release,management and service",this paper takes Yingkou City as an example to investigate the satisfaction degree of government administrative examination and approval.The purpose is to grasp the first-hand information of government administrative examination and approval,analyze the existing problems,and put forward feasible measures according to the current working practice of administrative examination and approval service center.It is hoped that through this study,the public’s satisfaction with the overall administrative examination and approval service will be enhanced,so it has very important practical significance.Firstly,based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper constructs the evaluation index system and weight system of government administrative approval satisfaction from the aspects of information publicity and service quality,and designs corresponding questionnaires.On the basis of extensive research,this paper grasps the first-hand information of Yingkou city’s administrative approval satisfaction,and gets the overall satisfaction of Yingkou city’s administrative approval through analysis.At a relatively low level,the public has great opinions on the information disclosure,fairness and complaint handling of the government’s administrative examination and approval.There are many reasons for the above problems.We need to analyze them and find out the crux of the problems.The causes of the problems include the lack of wide information channels,the lack of awareness of responsibility,and the lack of coordination between departments.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as broadening information channels,strengthening responsibility consciousness,establishing professional coordination agencies,improving business quality,building service brands and strengthening supervision.
