Framing Effect In Public Service Satisfaction

Since the frame effect was put forward in the 20 th century,many scholars have paid attention to it and have been widely used in the fields of politics,communication,economy and so on.With the rise and development of big data's technology,information dissemination channels are becoming more and more diverse.The ability of the public to obtain information is increasing,and information affect the public's attitudes towards things everywhere.As public service are provided by the government,the public will also be disturbed by external information during evaluating its quality.It is necessary and important to study the influence of information on public service satisfaction.Nowadays,there are a great deal of search results both in framing effects and public satisfaction.However,very little research has been done on the combination of the two.Public satisfaction is the channel through which the public expresses the demands of public service.Researching on the framing effect of public satisfaction is helpful for the public service departments to make clear the impact of public information and reports on the subjective evaluation of the public.Help the government to find a more reasonable way of public service information disclosure,to ensure the smooth development of government work.In summary,The paper explores the role of framing effect in the evaluation and the heterogeneity of the impact which based on the evaluation of children's immunization service satisfaction.This paper Used the method of survey experiment.Two different groupsparents and students-were investigated and tested for the significant difference.Discuss the effect of framing effect by means of frame information,which is logically equal but has positive and negative differences.The results show that:firstly,framing effect exists in the children's immunization service satisfaction.Participants under positive framing intervention were given a higher score of children's immunization service satisfaction.Participants under negative framing intervention were given a lower score of children's immunization service satisfaction.Secondly,the heterogeneity of framing effect also exists in the children's immunization service satisfaction.Different groups had different influence.The effect of framing effect on parents' group was greater than that of students' group,the stronger the correlation,the greater the impact of the framing effect.
