| One-stop administrative service center these years have been established in manyplaces of China, and become an important mode of the creative reform of publicadministration for local governments. The administrative service center has played animportant role in increasing efficiency, reforming development environment andfacilitating people and the enterprises. However, with the achievements of theadministrative service center is facing with some difficulties, such as, definition,management, coordination and supervision, all of which has prevent the administrativeservice center from conducting and developing, even the the realistic value now is beingquestioned. Thus, getting rid of the difficulties and finding a way to reform and developthe center has become an urgent task for the local governments in the process of reform.Firstly, this thesis describes the concept and theory of the administrative servicecenter, and focuses on the administrative service center in Qin Huangdao, Hebei province,this thesis describes the current situation and the difficulties that the center is facing with,and the probe the causes of the difficulties. Meanwhile, it makes a positive analysis for thecreative practice which points to the difficulties, and makes a summary of the valuableexperience. On the basis of the analysis of the development, according to the specificdifficulties and the outer experience, this thesis put forward some specific solutions.From the topic of this study, this thesis takes the administrative service center in QinHuangdao for example, which has some profound and realistic meaning. From the contendof this study, by means of means case and positive analysis of administrative servicecenter in Qin Huangdao to probe the solutions to the difficulties. Moreover, this study usethe method of combination of the theory and practice, in order to put the theory into thepractice and put forward some solutions for the existing problems. |
