The intergroup conflicts brought about by the stratification in the transition period have become a major hidden danger for the development of a harmonious society in China.Whether the intergroups can work together to shape China's great revival is the key issue to realize the Chinese dream. In the Chinese environment, migrant workers have become a huge group.Their urban integration affects their own development and social stability.Studying the impact of class differentiation of migrant worker groups on intergroup behavior is a core issue of social psychology. It is also an urgent social issue in China's rapid development.Exploring the relationship between the identity of migrant workers, expectation of return, and inter-group cooperative behavior has important guiding significance for revealing the psychological mechanism of inter-group behavior and formulating strategies to eliminate the difficulty of migrant workers' integration into cities. From the perspective of psychology, taking the identity of migrant workers as the starting point of the study, the relationship between the identity of 676 study participants and inter-group cooperative behavior was measured and analyzed by using a questionnaire survey.Later, the experimental method of manipulating variables was used to measure whether the identity of migrant workers and the level of inter-group cooperative behavior changed under the scenario of starting different levels of return expectations. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are differences in inter-group cooperation behavior among different types of peasant workers.Among them, the level of inter-group cooperation behavior of rural people is significantly lower than those of urban people and people with fuzzy people. It shows that as the identity of migrant workers changes from rural people to vague people to urban people, their cooperative behavior towards urban people shows an upward trend, and their behaviors show the characteristics of "inner group preferences and outer group exclusion".(2)The characteristics of inter-group cooperation behaviors of migrant workers with different types of identity under different expected return levels are as follows:With the start of low-return expectations, the cooperative behavior of rural people is the highest, followed by the cooperation of vague people and urban people.Thebehavior is the lowest;with the start of high-return expectations, the cooperative behavior of the fuzzy identification is the lowest, followed by the rural people, and the urban identification is the highest. It shows that in the low-return expected scenario,as the identity of migrant workers evolved from rural people to vague people to urban people, their cooperative behavior towards urban people showed a downward trend, and their behaviors exhibited the characteristics of "outside group preferences and inner group exclusion";Under the scenario of high return expectation,as the identity of migrant workers changes from rural people to fuzzy people to urban people, their cooperative behavior towards urban people shows a downward trend and then an upward trend, and an overall upward trend shows behavior."Inner group preference, out group exclusion" characteristics.(3)There are significant differences in the inter-group cooperation behaviors of different identity types of migrant workers when different levels of expected returns are initiated: With the start of low-return expectations, the inter-group cooperation behaviors of rural people are significantly higher than those of vague people Compared with urban people, but the difference is not significant;with the start of high return expectations, the cooperation behavior of urban people is significantly higher than that of vague people, and higher than that of rural people, but the difference is not significant.(4)There are significant differences in the inter-group cooperation behaviors of migrant workers with different identification types under the start of different return expectations: rural people's approvers' cooperative behavior increases after the start of the return expectation, and the inter-group cooperation behavior of the low-return expected start-up group is significantly higher No start-up and high-return expected start-up groups;urban people's approvers and vague-person approvers' cooperative behavior declines after the start-up return expectation.Among them, the non-start-up group's inter-group cooperation behavior is significantly higher than the high-return expected start-up group and low-return expected start-up group.
