In the past ten years since the establishment and development of the civil servant system in China,the construction of the civil servant employment examination has made rapid progress.It has been widely accepted to employ civil servants by means of examination.The standardized and scientific level of the civil servant Employment examination has been continuously strengthened,and the civil servant Employment examination has basically achieved the goal of "scale up and level up".In the development process of more than ten years,the examination of civil servant employment has been carried out continuously,which provides the government with a steady stream of talents.However,due to the deepening of personnel reform in China,the requirements for talents have been constantly improved,and the demand for selecting high-quality talents is more urgent.The original examination of recording still has some disadvantages,and its scientificity has been questioned by the public.Therefore,in order to ensure the scientificity of the examination and maintain the stability of the civil servants,it is imperative to explore new methods of the examination.In the latest research and investigation,we found that the latest scientific research result of the civil servant employment examination is to carry out the classified employment examination.At present,the examination of classified recruitment of civil servants has become a new way to recruit civil servants in many provinces.The competent departments of governments at all levels have also invested a lot of human and material resources to actively explore,which shows that it is necessary to study the examination of classified recruitment of civil servants,However,at present,China’s civil servant classification recruitment examination system has not yet been established,so the focus of this paper will also focus on the content of civil servant classification recruitment examination.In this paper,from the perspective of promoting the overall development of the civil servant classification and employment examination,on the one hand,it analyzes in detail the development of the civil servant classification and employment examination in some provinces in China,on the other hand,it details the specific measures to solve the problems restricting the development of the civil servant classification and employment examination in China.This paper is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,the author mainlydiscusses the development direction of the classified recruitment examination of civil servants at home and abroad,including the significance of the classified recruitment examination of civil servants,the specific working methods and forms of the classified recruitment examination of civil servants,and how to combine the position classification and the recruitment examination of civil servants in foreign countries In the second chapter,it mainly explains some concepts related to the civil servant classification and employment examination,including civil servant classification,civil servant position classification,and civil servant classification and employment examination.It clearly explains the specific connotation of civil servant classification and employment examination and the significant difference between it and other terms,and details the theoretical basis of civil servant classification and employment examination In the third chapter,it mainly discusses the current situation of the civil servant classification and employment examination in China,including its development process and development direction,and makes a detailed investigation plan for Jilin,which is used to develop the civil servant classification and employment examination early and has good effect Based on the field investigation in Shanghai and Jiangsu Province,this paper summarizes the experience of the three provinces and cities in the development of civil servants’ classified recruitment examination,and summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of "Jilin mode","Shanghai mode" and "Jiangsu Mode".In the fourth chapter,the author mainly discusses some problems in the grading and classified recruitment examination of civil servants found by field investigation,including the imperfection of the relevant legal system of civil servants,the imperfection of the basic quality evaluation system,the unscientific setting of examination subjects and contents,the lack of supervision of management power,and the scientificity of the setting of "qualification line" to be strengthened In Chapter 6,the author mainly discusses the experience of the UK,Japan and India which are similar to China and can be used for reference.In active exploration on the examination of civil servants’ classifiedemployment in order to promote the development of the examination.The key technologies to be solved in this paper include two aspects: research information and data collection difficulties,and lack of relevant theoretical research.The innovation lies in the fact that the relevant data of this paper comes from the first-hand data obtained by the author’s field survey,which has a very strong authenticity and effectiveness.Due to the development of the civil servant classification examination in our country,there are many difficulties and challenges that need to be faced.Due to the limitations of the actual conditions,this paper only discusses part of the content of this topic,hoping to provide useful reference for the development of the civil servant recruitment examination and the improvement of the recording system.
