With the continuous promotion and deepening of the reform of prison enterprise system,provincial prison enterprise group companies have been established in all provinces of the country,gradually forming the system of"separation of prison enterprise and revenue and expenditure two lines".After years of operation of the mode of"separation of supervision and enterprise",the position of prison enterprises in the market has been recognized to a certain extent,and at the same time,it is gradually moving towards the direction of independent market economy subjects[1].Based on the corresponding advantages of prison enterprises,prison enterprises have made considerable development in recent years,but there are still many problems in the development process of prison enterprises that need to be further studied and discussed,such as the poor business process,information transmission,output value efficiency,tax risk and so on.In order to prevent and resolve the risks and improve the production efficiency of prison enterprises,this paper studies the business process reengineering of prison enterprises to enrich the theory of business process reengineering of prison enterprises.First of all,this paper takes the business process reengineering of prison enterprises as the starting point,selects J Group Co.,Ltd.as the case subject of this study,promotes the overall situation with typical,and conducts SWOT analysis on the current situation and existing problems of J Group Co.,Ltd,At the same time,it analyzes the current problems of sales,production,inventory,procurement,finance,personnel and other aspects in the business process management of J Group Co.,Ltd.through systematic analysis,it leads to the influencing factors of the problems,further straightens out the relationship between the business processes of prison enterprises,and changes the direction of"integration of industry and finance"from the original"separation of industry and finance".Secondly,under the guidance of the relevant business process reengineering principles,combined with the business characteristics and current situation of the enterprise itself,the benchmarking table is analyzed by subdividing the problem subprojects in the aspects of sales,production,inventory,procurement,finance,personnel,etc.,introducing"automatic production scheduling"and"completion report"in the production management link,and strengthening the contract management in the sales management link Implement credit management,introduce"demand summary balance"in purchase management and inventory management,realize mutual exclusion of business process management through module management technology of UFIDA NC system,ensure visualization of business process,timely and effective joint query of problems among links,and ensure smooth business process.Finally,the corresponding evaluation work is carried out to improve the efficiency of output value,reduce costs,customer satisfaction and other three indicators to ensure that the effectiveness of business process reengineering can be effectively promoted in the application;at the same time,it enriches the research work of business process reengineering in prison enterprises,and implements business for prison enterprises Process reengineering provides corresponding solutions.
