Calculation is one of the most important parts of elementary school mathematics teaching, which also accounts for a large proportion of the course. The level of students' mathematical computing power not only has a direct effect on academic performance, but also will have some impact on other disciplines. How to improve the mathematical computing power of students effectively is an important part for every mathematics teacher. In order to improve student's mathematical computing power effectively,it is necessary to have a good understanding of the current situation of students mathematical computing ability and find out ways to enhance the ability of students to calculate effective strategies on this basis. Therefore, this article attempts to find the problems and influencing factors of students' mathematical computing ability through surveying and analyzing the mathematical computing ability situation of students, and propose appropriate countermeasures against these problems so as to effectively improve the students' mathematical computing power.First, the paper is to analyze existing researches and make the literature review. And then through the questionnaire survey of teachers and the students' mathematical computing ability test,as well as some teachers and students of the interview, from the student's mouth operator learning situation, students' estimated learning situation, student's written calculation learning situation, the ability of the students to combine with the mouth operator and estimation of the use of capacity, the ability of the students to combine with the mouth operator, estimate and written calculation of the use of capacity, the method of calculation used by student, the basic skills of students integrated computing situation, students' overall computing power and teachers' perceptions of primary school computing teaching, then conducted in-depth investigation and research for students' mathematical calculation situation. It is found that there are the following problems in the mathematical calculation of the students' learning: Students lack the enthusiasm of learning; The mastery of the concept of mathematics is not good and do not understand the reasoning;Mouth operator awareness is not strong;Poor understanding of the algorithm and the way the estimate is too single, less flexible; Will not seriously examination questions;Students do not have the habit of checking papers;Students do not have good habits of calculation. From the analysis of the status quo of students' mathematical computing ability,we can find the factors that affect the students' mathematical computing ability, there are two aspects:One is the teachers' misunderstanding of the requirements of computing teaching, and the other is the students' special psychological characteristics.Based on these problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward as follows. In the mathematical calculation of the student's psychology and habits: Mainly to cultivate the students' calculating interest and improve learning initiative;Cultivate students' good study habits, effectively improving the students' ability of calculation; In the aspect of the student's mathematical calculation knowledge and skills: Pay attention to the oral calculation and combine various forms of organic integration, improving the calculation accuracy;Focus on optimizing strategies, clarify operators management and order of operations, further solid computing skills;Carefully design exercises to improve the students' ability to solve problems. Also teachers should correctly handle the teaching of several issues: Relationship of the diversification and optimization algorithms;Relationship of the bedding and the situation creation;Relationship to solve practical problems and computation skills formation,to provide effective protection to improve students' computing power.
