The Research On Countermeasures Of Balanced Development In Anhui Urban And Rural Compulsory Education

Compulsory education is a universal,compulsory and free school education that is implemented in accordance with the law for all eligible children,which is the basis for improving the quality of the people.It has been totally universal and free,and nowadays the balanced development turns out to be the key.As a result,it should be achieved that all school children and teenagers can “receive good education."The balanced development of compulsory education,according to the principle of equality and justice,refers to distribute compulsory education resources in a balanced way among different groups,schools,urban and rural areas as well as regions.The basic idea that education should be developed in a balanced way must be represented on policies and laws about compulsory education which are enacted by educational departments at different level.In specific teaching and educational activities,educational institutions and schools at different level are suggested to provide equal and balanced development opportunities for each person who is eligible to receive education.With regard to the significance,the balanced development of compulsory education is closely related to the sustainable development of the economy and society,allowing every child in rural and urban areas to equally receive good education and ensuring them to survive as well as develop in a justifiable way.Anhui province,which is located in the central region of China,is a major agricultural and educational province.Until today,it has achieved some significant results on compulsory education.Nevertheless,it should be noted that Anhui province still encounters unbalanced compulsory education.This paper mainly introduces the basic status of compulsory education in Anhui province in the recent years,points out problems and reflections in the process of achieving balanced development between urban and rural areas,analyzes its factors and eventually makes the following suggestions to promote the balanced development of compulsory education between urban and rural areas: first of all,improve the educational system to promote the balanced development of compulsory education.Secondly,improve school situations of weak schools and push forward standardization of compulsory education schools.Finally,perfect teachers allocation system as well as educational evaluation,supervision and assessment,promoting the integration of compulsory education quality.
