The gloomy outlook for current employment of university graduates is affected by these factors: The implementation of the employment pattern of second choice,independent employment people,the annual growing of the number of new graduates students,their counterparts in professional positions for absence,the Employment students advice of college and so on.Among the massive group of college students who are faced with unprecedented employment pressure,there is such an ethnic university student crowd from minority regions.Under much more pressure when faced with the employment issue than those students growing and living in the Han Nationality-majored areas because of the be short of educational resources,different ethnic and religious beliefs,restrictions from the development degree of the regions and other factors.Through independent approach to minority groups among the session of 2015 graduates of South-central University for Nationalities,this article investigates into their psychological situation of employment and analyzes their psychological predicament at this stage,and use for it all.This article describes the background and meaning of this stage literature Minority College Students Employment Psychological problems have been studied,but also related with theories made herein defined in it.Secondly,the author of this survey conducted in-depth analysis,summarized the current mainly minority students' employment psychological analysis of causes.Again proposed path of social work intervention minority graduates psychological problems.Then Strengths Perspective Theory of Minority College Students Employment Psychological Problems of analysis,select one of a case major case studies.Then once these cases are summarized intervention Reflection: First Reflection cases encountered Communication problems,and immaturity deal with the problem in case their practical ability is not strong;the second is a summary of current employment psychological pressure on the minority college students,take advantage of the perspective of intervention and help alleviate the current Employment Psychological Problems,it is recommended to accelerate the pace of development of social work professionals and team building while strengthening the Government attaches to the employment of Minority College Students.
