Sprint projects are getting more and more attention,and what training methods are being used is a hot topic.How to improve explosive force and reaction force is the core content of sprinting project training.This study selected two kinds of strength training methods at present stage respectively traditional weight training and weight and wait long combination training,aimed at to Beijing sports university athletic sports school sprint special students as experimental objects,mainly USES the experimental method,starting from the perspective of strength training,combining traditional weight training and the load and to wait long to training experiment is divided into two groups,according to the results of the study to explore the traditional means of weight training and weight-bearing and wait long training means between the two lower limb strength training for sprinters effect whether there are statistically significant differences,after 14 weeks,the following conclusions:1.The weight and wait long combination training,because of its characteristics,is a combination of two kinds of training within the muscle coordination and muscle coordination and have good adjustment effect between,so the more comprehensive and strong muscle stimulation,after 14 weeks training,sprinters lower limb strength rise in general level,the competitive level and also significantly improve the performance.2.Weight and wait long combination training,first the larger load applied to the body,mobilized more muscle fibers to participate in the work,followed by a series of chao deng long training,which can mobilize more fast muscle fibers,the explosive force produced by the effect will be more obvious;Therefore,the maximum strength,reaction strength and explosive force of sprinters can be effectively developed with the training of weight bearing and super-long combination.3.Weight bearing and super-long combination training focus on improving muscle strength,the individual lactate threshold and lactate capacity training are not enough,so the improvement in speed endurance is not obvious.
