Since the new century,the society has undergone tremendous ideological changes and structural changes,and many social problems have also emerged.This series of social problems also affect the value of education in the crisis,making more and more educators,government departments,social institutions and other efforts to promote the implementation of school value education.With the reform of the curriculum,the focus of education in our country is gradually shifted from knowledge education to literacy education,and striving to reflect and solve the value ethics in education.Based on this,this paper takes teachers and students of the eighth middle school in Xiantao city as the main research object,and studies the value education function and the realization strategy of the class management behavior.In the study of the behavior of class management,this paper analyzes the connotation of value education,and then analyzes the problems of value education in the course of class management,and puts forward the practical strategy to optimize the behavior of class management,and provides a strong support for the development of education in order to achieve progress.Step up the goal of school class management.There are five parts in this study:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background of the research and the reasons for the topic,as well as the literature review on the value education and class management in the current educational field.At the same time,it also briefly introduces the significance and purpose of this study,and gives a brief overview of research ideas and methods.The second part explains the concept of class management behavior and value education,and the analysis of the value education function of class management behavior.Based on the understanding of the concept of class management and value education,the intrinsic relationship between the two is analyzed.Value education is the basic purpose of class management behavior,and the behavior of class management is an effective way of value education.Then,it interprets the value education function of class management behavior,that is,class management behavior contains fair,democratic,friendly and other value education.The behavior of these values contained in class management enables students to have a correct understanding and guidance of value education through effective implementation of teachers.The third part uses the method of literature analysis and investigation,takes the teachers and students of the eighth middle school in Xiantao city as the research object,and carries out the analysis of the problem of the integration of class management behavior into the value education,including the current situation investigation and the satisfaction survey of the value education in the class management behavior.The use of SPSS software to obtain relevant data information,the practice of value education in class management behavior is lost in four aspects:first,teachers and students have value education function validity evaluation difference,the two is that teachers in class management behavior of the implementation of value education results are not high;three is the value of teachers in the class management and the value of the concept of management.Behavior is inconsistent.Four,teachers' teaching practice is seriously deviated from the training objectives set by the state.Then,the reasons for the four aspects of the loss of practice were analyzed:1.the mainstream value orientation of the teachers was renewed slowly;2.heavy knowledge education and light value education;3.students' value evaluation system was not standard;4.school education management mode was unbalance.The fourth part is for the class in the value of teamship management behavior,puts forward the effective strategies for optimizing classroom management behavior,from two aspects:on the one hand is to optimize the environment construction of class management,put forward improving strategies from the concrete administration behavior,such as arrange fair seat structure,formulate and implement the system of scientific,democratic rules,and construct a harmonious,friendly class atmosphere,etc.On the other hand is to strengthen the construction of teachers' value concept,enhance the level of teacher education ethics accomplishment and sets up the correct values of her role positioning,to develop teachers'moral evaluation system and so on the concrete implementation strategy of a series of effective and feasible.The fifth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the main achievements of the research and puts forward the limitations and prospects.
