General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly stated that employment is an eternal task.In the new stage of historical development,the employment situation in China is still grim.As college students in the new period,they face more difficulties in job selection when faced with a fierce job competition.Based on this,this article attempts to analyze the structure of contemporary college students' career decision-making difficulties,help colleges and universities in China understand the characteristics of college students' occupational psychology and career decision-making,and provide theoretical basis for career counseling,improve the pertinence and effectiveness of colleges and universities in vocational guidance,and improve our country's Career counseling and employment guidance systems enhance college students' ability to make career decisions and make optimal career decisions that suit them.This study takes Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics as an example,and takes juniors,seniors,and graduate students from various colleges as the research objects.Among them,graduates are the main ones.A total of 339 students are selected to fill out the questionnaires,and 293 of them are retained after the questionnaire screening.The article uses cross-analysis and analysis of variance to study gender,grade,whether it is only child,home location,monthly living expenses,whether there is internship experience,professional satisfaction,personality type and parental education 9 types of demographic variables for career decision-making of contemporary college students.Difficulties in the impact,and using the structural equation model to analyze the structure and major influencing factors of career decision-making difficulties at the cognitive and affective levels of contemporary college students based on the professional decision-making difficulty scale adapted by the author.Reasonable advice for decision-making difficulties.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in the total scale of grade scale,practice experience,professional satisfaction,and personality type four demographic variables in the questionnaire for the career decisionmaking difficulties of contemporary college students.Among them,the internship experience has the most significant effect.(2)The junior students showed a greater degree of career decision-making difficulties than the senior students and graduate students;students with internship experiences faced lighter career decision-making difficulties than those without internship experience;and satisfied with their own likely to make career decisions;students who are more outgoing are less likely to make career decisions than those who are more introverted.(3)In our contemporary college students,career decision-making difficulties are caused in many ways.In terms of cognition and emotion,they mainly include lack of professional information,indecision and negative emotions.The most important one is the lack of professional information,followed by hesitancy,then negative emotions,and may also include self-understanding and conflict.
