A Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Primary School Study Trip

As a new form of out-of-school education,the study trip have great significance to improve students' comprehensive quality and ability.In November 2016,the ministry of education and other 11 government departments issued The Opinions on Promoting the Study Trip of Primary and Secondary Schools,it proposed that the study trip should be incorporated into the education teaching plan of primary and secondary schools formally.At present,the study trip has advocated vigorously by most schools,but at the beginning of the study trip,the problems are prominent,such as "travel more than study" and "only travel with no study" and so on.It is of great significance to research the study trip of primary school to achieve its real purpose.The research uses documentary method,case study method and interview method.The author participated in primary school study trip two times,and interviewed relevant persons and students of six primary schools and four out-of-school educational institutions in Changsha.it aims to survey and analyze the problems existed in the current primary school trip.The author elaborated the concept,nature and characteristics of the study trip,and expounded the significance to primary school students of the primary school study trip.Through analyzing cases and interviewing materials,the author found out the problems in the current study trip following:the design proposal of primary school study trip is improper;the implementation process is inappropriate;the evaluation system is not perfect.Then the author analyzed deeply the reasons for the problems of the study trip from the three aspects:the misunderstanding of connotation and significance of the primary school study trip;the primary school has not undertook their responsibilities;the out-of-school educational institutions' educational goals is vague;the supervision and inspection of educational department doesn't work efficiently.Through the exploration of the problems and the analysis of the reasons,the author finally puts forward the countermeasures of optimizing the primary school study trip from four aspects:first,optimizing the qualification of study tutor;second,designing primary school study trip plan scientifically;third,optimizing the implementation process of the primary school study trip;fourth,improving the evaluation system of the primary school study trip.
