In recent years,as one of the hot topics in the field of education,homework has been widely concerned by the society.Homework is one of the important factors that influence whether a student likes a teacher or whether he likes a language subject.Language homework design is an important part of language teaching and reflects the teacher's educational philosophy.The design of homework is affected by various aspects,and the concept of job design varies according to the requirements of the school,the personal qualities of the teachers,and the differences in student learning.The differences in homework design are based on cultural choices,tradition-based,teacher-based experiences and beliefs.The quality of the language homework design directly affects the student's homework effect and interest in subject learning,thereby affecting the language teaching,and thus affecting the student's personal development.This article is based on the concepts of Compulsory Education Language Curriculum Standards,multiple intelligence theory,constructivist learning concept,and scaffolding teaching theory.From the necessity of job design,operation concept and goal,working time,job content,job type,and operation Six dimensions were evaluated.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 106 Chinese language teachers in the three primary schools of A,B,and C in S District of Chongqing Municipality.From the assignment objectives,operating time,assignment content,assignment assessment,and homework attitude and subjective experience The eight dimensions of the environment,the completion of the results,and the completion of the assignments conducted a questionnaire survey of 336 fifth-grade students in three schools;from the necessity of homework assignments,assignment goals,homework hours,homework assignments,and parental attitudes towards homework assignments.The five dimensions of support were used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 120 parents;8 teachers were interviewed in depth from four aspects of job design philosophy,job design goals,job evaluation methods,and job design and implementation resistance.Understand the current situation of design and implementation of high-level Chinese homework in primary schools and find out the existing problems.Then,combine questionnaires and interviews with teachers to analyze the causes of problems in the design and implementation of high-level language homework for primary schools,and put forward suggestions for improvement.From the survey results of the high school language homework design and implementation status of primary schools in S District of Chongqing Municipality,teachers,students,and parents all recognize the function of homework and realize the necessity of homework design;teachers' job design goals are clear,but they focus more on knowledge.The mastery and use of the work;the operating time is basically in line with expectations,a small number of students spend too much time on homework,the burden is too heavy;teachers in the homework design differences in the teaching age,the students' attitudes and preferences of the type of work in gender differences.The main problems were identified as follows: the homework goal focused too much on the mastery and use of knowledge;a few students had too long homework and the work was overburdened;the homework content was dominated by declarative knowledge;the homework type was dominated by written work;The assessment is based on teachers.The evaluation method is simple and the evaluation results are not good.According to the problems in the design and implementation of high-level language homework assignments in primary schools,the following reasons are analyzed: The degree of school teaching is not perfect,teaching and research activities do not pay enough attention to homework design and implementation;teachers do not establish a scientific teaching design view and cannot pay attention to differences.And autonomy;students lack of learning plans,independent learning ability is not strong;parents did not establish a correct view of education,lack of support for the implementation of homework;teachers and parents lack of effective linkage.Based on this,suggestions for improvement were put forward from several aspects including schools,teachers,students,and parents.Schools: To improve the degree of teaching and develop regular language homework seminars.Teachers: Change the traditional homework design concept,strengthen job design ability;stimulate student autonomy,pay attention to student differences,set up personalized homework;innovate homework form,increase reading and practice work;set up formative assessment,implement multiple evaluation And tracking evaluation;teachers should actively establish good home-school communication.In terms of students: to enhance the autonomy of learning,take the initiative to participate in homework evaluation;set up a homework cooperative team to learn from each other and supervise each other.Parents:Parents are involved in the evaluation of homework.Parents should establish a correct view of education and provide for the implementation of homework.Actively cooperate with the school to jointly promote student learning and reduce the burden on students.
