Research On Cultivation Of The Culture Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship In Higher Vocational Colleges

Under the guidance of the policy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation," the community have set off an upsurge of innovation and entrepreneurship in recent years,and also made great achievements in these two fields,so did in education.In 2015,the State issued the"Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform in Higher Education Institutions." Higher vocational education,as an important component of higher education,should put innovation and entrepreneurship on the agenda of school construction.And cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship culture is the only way to achieve innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on a large number of collected literatures,this paper selects samples,conducts researches and studies,analyzes the current situation of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship culture in vocational colleges,and on this basis,carries out theoretical analysis and proposes countermeasures for optimizing cultivation work.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part,which aims to explain the background and significance of the research;the research summary of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in higher vocational colleges;the definition of core concepts and methods of research.The second part outlines the basic principles of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in higher vocational colleges,including the theoretical basis and the main contents of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in higher vocational colleges;the characteristics and the distinctive advantages of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship culture in higher vocational colleges.In the third part,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the situation of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship culture in five public vocational colleges in Hunan Province.Through the survey,it was found that the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in higher vocational colleges is generally in the primary stage.The main prominent problems are as follows:lack of attention in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship culture;the carrier cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship culture is not implemented;the characteristics of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship culture are not prominent.The root cause are the employment outlook dominated by technology culture;the quality of students in schools is not good enough;teacher's ability of innovation and entrepreneurship is uneven;and the infrastructure for innovation and entrepreneurship is backward.The fourth part elaborates the specific measures for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in higher vocational colleges under the basis and analysis of the third part.The measures include:actively promoting innovation and entrepreneurship culture;creating a good cultural atmosphere;strengthening the carrier construction of innovative and entrepreneurial culture;advancing the cultivation work to be implemented;multiple integration;driving force to pursue the path of characteristics development of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in higher vocational colleges.
