The identity of local culture education is the individual's recognition and affirmation of local culture education,including three levels:cognition,emotion and behavior.The impact of teachers is the dynamic process by which teachers exert their influence on students in order to encourage students to change their cognition,emotion and behavior in local culture education.The impact of teachers to middle school students' identity of local culture education largely influences the effectiveness of local culture education.Analyzing the impact of teachers to middle school students' identity of local culture education has great value to the research on teachers' influence on students' identity of education,the research on students' identity of local culture education.At the same time,it helps to the local culture education,promotes the positive influence of teachers and enhances the recognition of middle school students' to local culture education.On the basis of existing researches,with the related theories of pedagogy and psychology,this research makes an analysis of the mechanism and stages of students' identity of local culture education,the teacher factors that influence students' identity of local culture education,and the way teachers influence students' identity of local culture education And its characteristics.By synthetically using research methods,this study investigates the teacher factors that influence middle school students 'identity of local culture education and how the teachers influence middle school students' identity of local culture education,in order to puts forward the positive Strategy.Through the investigation in two middle schools in Wenxi,it is found that teacher factors are significantly related to the middle school students' identity of local culture education,and the correlations of teacher factors are in descending order:explicit educational behavior,local knowledge,implicit attitudes and cultural responsiveness.On the whole,teacher factors can explain 43.6%variation of middle school students'identity of local culture education.Through analysis of the case about Z and D teachers,it is found that the two teachers take different strategies in different identity stage,but they have the same characteristics:students regarded as the core,teacher as model having subtle influence,and the leading of education.According to the conclusion of the study,this study suggests that teachers should enhance middle school students' identity of local culture education in the following aspects:Concern with rural teenagers,building a good cultural atmosphere;focus on cultural accumulation,attracting students to study actively;excavate the characteristics of knowledge,carrying out cultural response to teaching;stimulate local consciousness,promoting students' rational cognition;evaluate positively,guiding positive emotions,and strengthen rural practice,exercising students' behavior.
