Research On The Construction Of The First-class Discipline In Shandong Province

Since the implementation of the "211 Project" and "985 Project" and other key projects in China,the construction of key colleges and universities and the construction of key disciplines have achieved remarkable results,but at the same time,they have also brought about the solidification of identity.Lack of competitiveness and other issues.Therefore,in order to further accelerate the development of higher education in China,improve the quality of the development of higher education in China and enhance the core competitiveness of the country,in October 2015,The State Council issued and published the overall Plan for promoting the Construction of first-class Universities and first-class disciplines in an overall way.The governments of the provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)have also issued "double first-class" construction schemes with local characteristics in order to better connect with the "double first-class" construction at the national level and further improve the level of local higher education.Under this background,it is of theoretical value and practical significance to study the construction plan and concrete method of the first-class discipline in Shandong Province,which is a big province of higher education,to promote the construction of the first-class discipline in colleges and universities.First of all,this paper summarizes the literature related to the first-class disciplines,and on the basis of defining the relevant concepts,analyzes the overall situation of the construction of the first-class disciplines in colleges and universities in Shandong Province.This paper also analyzes the concrete construction of the first class discipline in the past two years,including the structure of the discipline,the achievements of the discipline construction and the national fourth round of discipline evaluation.It also includes the construction of the academic team in the achievements of the discipline construction.Scientific research platform construction,scientific research achievements and personnel training four aspects.Based on the analysis of the concrete methods and opportunities faced by colleges and universities in Shandong Province,the problems existing in the construction of first-class disciplines in Shandong Province are found out.Secondly,by analyzing the main methods of first-class discipline construction in some provinces andcities in China,the author finds out the experience of constructing first-class discipline in colleges and universities in Shandong Province.This chapter selects Shanghai,Jiangsu Province as the research object,through the analysis its first-class discipline construction main method,from the discipline plan,the teacher troop,the fund investment and so on aspect seeks to construct the first-class discipline enlightenment to Shandong Province.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the construction of the first-class disciplines in Shandong Province,we should focus on the construction of "double first-class",from the aspects of strategic planning,discipline layout and structure,teaching staff,talent training,scientific research and financial investment,etc.Put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.This paper takes 32 first-class disciplines in Shandong Province as the research object and expects to have some practical significance for the follow-up research.
