The salient features of music education are: compulsory,normative,systematic and institutional.The four characteristics of music education and its massification and popularization have determined the equality and necessity of music education rights for each student.Since the introduction of curriculum standards,music education has moved to a new level.Compared with "Standards for Full Time Compulsory Education Music Co urses(draft)","Standards for Compulsory Education Music Courses(2011)" pays mor e attention to students' musical quality training and musical aesthetic promotion.Music literacy are comprehensive qualities including reading music,sight singing,audition,rhythm,music appreciation,musicality and so on,with abstraction and invisibility.In the survey,I found that the effective teaching design of singing lessons in elementary schools is of great significance to improving students' music literacy.This article is based on "Music Accomplishment" and it is divided into four chap ters based on the starting point and entry point of "The Teaching Design of Elementar y School Singing Lessons".The first chapter defines,combs,and summarizes the pri mary school music teaching design from the perspective of musical literacy.The seco nd chapter systematically elaborates the contents and ideas of the elementary school l ow school singing lesson under the perspective of musical literacy;Questionnaires an d case studies found problems in singing teaching.The fourth chapter was to analyze t he current situation and reasons,and proposed feasible measures for the promotion of the teaching design of singing lessons.The last part was the conclusion,and elaborate d the conclusions,innovations,and insufficiency of this thesis.This article takes the theoretical guidance of music core qualities,“Music Psycho logy and Music Education” and “Compulsory Education Music Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)”as the theoretical guidance,combined with the analysis of the elementary school's singing class teaching designs and the present research situation,this article puts forward the feasible strategy effectively,in order to do some slight help in singing teaching and provide some research values for the promotion of students' musical accomplishments.
