Mathematics as a basic discipline of natural science is particularly important in personnel training,At the same time,high school mathematics is a discipline to train students' thinking ability,put forward higher requirements to students' ability.So we need to take active and effective measures to promote the improvement of students' core mathematics,training students in mathematical operations,mathematical reasoning,mathematical abstraction and other key competencies.At the same time high school mathematics flexible,with a strong logic,but also has a high degree of ion,Students are required to have spatial imagination,logical reasoning,solving operations,pattern construction,deductive proof and so on.Due to the characteristics of high school mathematics,coupled with the influence of students' intellectual and non-intellectual factors,students have a great gap in mathematics ability.Many students generally feel that learning mathematics is more difficult.And high school mathematics teaching has been used "one size fits all,one pot"teaching methods,the same lesson plans,the same teaching objectives,the same teachings,must not be able to adapt to every student,can not take into account the individual differences in students is not conducive to the development of students,But exacerbate the two levels of student differentiation."Mathematics curriculum standards"that:everyone learn valuable mathematics;different people in mathematics to get different development.This requires high school mathematics teaching to face all students,to promote the development of each student,to promote the development of students'personality,highlighting the basic high school mathematics,personality and development.So,how to cultivate students' mathematical core literacy,promote the development of students' math ability,improve students' math scores become the most concern of each student and teacher.Plus the author of the district,the school as a result of the college entrance examination year after year decline,causing the school,and even the district leaders attach great importance to,but also try to reform,and finally the introduction of Shanghai Jianping middle school Professor Enhong Feng "layered shift" mode.This study is based on the current model of the author's school and the predecessors'research.Based on the present situation of the high school mathematics teaching,the author introduces the significance,theoretical basis and principle of the study of "Implementation of the process,layered strategy.And through a series of questionnaire before and after stratification and multi-dimensional data analysis,comparison,summed up the teaching of the class to improve the efficiency of mathematics teaching classroom to improve the interest of students to learn mathematics,more importantly,to improve the students Learn the ability of mathematics to improve students' math scores.At the same time,it puts forward the problems encountered in the teaching of stratified classes,the shortcomings and the improvement methods and direction.
