Rural teachers is an important part of Chinese rural teachers,is the main power in the rural education in our country,with the professional development of teachers in rural area problem increasingly prominent,more and more people's attention to this special education group.The rural special duty is not just about the significance of teacher's professional development,teachers own development,also affect the quality of education in our country.In order to be able to objectively and truly reflect the present situation of the special hillock teacher professional development,this article selects the L country in ANHUI province three different schools of the three teachers as the research object,has carried on the interview to them and follow-up research.They are respectively:C construct school teacher Li,J school teacher Wang,Y elementary school teacher Han,and from the life,teaching and professional development analysis of the three teachers professional development situation:poor living conditions,teaching task,professional development is not perfect,etc.Based on the analysis of the status quo,this paper argues that to promote the professional development of teachers,first of all,on the related policy system,first,countries should formulate relevant policies to safeguard the interests of teachers,the rural special duty system of teacher's professional development needs the support and protection;second,the local government should offer special duty of teacher's professional development and the social security.Second,as a school should be optimized,post the internal environment of teacher's professional development,such as school funding,to encourage teachers to learn;Development consciousness,forming teacher's personnel;At the same time sets up the evaluation consciousness,strengthen scientific management.Finally,as a special teacher,should set up the professional ideal,strengthen the learning of professional knowledge,constantly improve their professional ability,to become a maturity of teachers.
