Design And Implementation Of The Shared Contact Based On The Campus Environment

The paper presents and builds a cloud-based address book system based on campus network environment,which takes into account both the privacy of the personal address book and the sharing of the public address book,the paper calls the system shared address book.The system builds a communication information management platform based on the campus network,and can be extended to universities or the other organizations with loose organizational structure.Through the shared address book,user shares the communication information with others more efficient and safe.In shared address book,user shares the communication information of his personal address book to the other users by sharing.The other users who get the part of the communication information can view the part of the communication information,but have no right to change it.In public address book,only the administrator has a right to share the communication information to others.Differs from public address book,any user of the shared address book can share the communication information to others.The paper has analyzed the communication needs of the loose organization structure of organizations(universities and other institutions).The author confirms the requirements analysis through the software engineering tools.Then,analyzes,designs and realizes the system based on the requirements analysis,and integrates the system into the Microsoft Lync 2013 system.In shared address book,the user can not share the communication information to the other users without restriction.The user who shares the communication information must be responsible for it.This design greatly reduces the possibility of unauthorized disclosure of information,and reduces the workload and difficulty of the administrator.In public address book,the administrator may need to maintain all communication information.But in shared address book,the administrator only needs to maintain part of the global shared information.Sharing is the essence of a cooperative,and the purpose of cooperative is to improve the efficiency and share information.The idea and method of sharing communication information is also extended to the sharing of media resources.After all,the communication information is treated as a kind of semi-structured data.
